Who better to ask but you since I have you here, I haven't seen any reported issues with fitment.. but does it fit fine in the 13 Nismo? or is anything else needed? I followed a thread by one of your first customers here for the 2.5" and he has a nismo, but I wasn't sure if it worked due to the other mods he has. Thanks in advance! Are you running HFC or Test pipes, and if so what brand? If you have the stock cats, there won't be any fitment issues. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade to a 5" tip, which is a better fit for the Nismo bumper.
