I actually think with the wide contact patch in front, camber and toe angles, combined with "biting" tires, this should be expected. Mine does it too without electronannies having anything to do with it. I usually notice it more when one tires have two different surface types under them. Watch when you have a little dusting of snow... Then you really notice it. My judgement= completely normal.
