We had our Focus ST project car for sale for a long time. We had about the same mileage on our 2013, and about 30K in upgrades.. Finally sold for 28K i think. If i were to give you some selling advise, throw it up on some so cal craigslist adds. We got the most response from that area, and a so cal guy is who bought it.. And had it shipped to him.
