most synthetic tire shines and polymer based products can withstand the cold deep below 32F/0C. but natural wax items (like my speedshine) tends to separate when frozen.. not sure if the properties change when unfrozen, but best to keep it at room temps just to be safe!
my garage is usually 15F+ higher than ambient outside, so it was still around 40F in the garage while it was 25ish outside yesterday. but we go sub-0F in the winter...
