I have ran across something like this before:
DynoTune Product, 909-Blow Down kit for Bottles - DynoTune, Nitrous systems, Purge kits, Nitrous Bottle heaters and more!
Doesn't look too hard to piece together something your self or give them a shout and see if they will do a custom length for you.
