Default Almost a new owner!

Well long story short I felt in love with the Nismo, however the local dealer didn't want to play ball. So I decide for a base w/sport package. For my luck the colors that I wanted it, there were none within 120 miles of my area.

Well this Sunday I decide to make a few calls, about 3:00PM this delaer about 45 mins away calls me a said tht they have 3 base w/sport package and the color that I want it. So I jump on my car get there and as I suspected is BS, all they have was 2 base w/sport package black and Graphite. I wanted red, blue or white.

So I was kind of fuming, they quote the graphite and I was like hell no. I told them I have USAA and that I was paying invoice as the agreed between the dealer and USAA. So they find me a blue but is about 120 miles away, we haggle with the numbers and I agreed to get it deliver today.

Today I go to pick it up and the store manager tells me "I got good news and bad news", but already knew something was wrong when I got to the dealer because the car was nowhere to be seen, he tells me they sent the wrong car and that he is going to take away the destination charges ($799). At the moment I'm fuming but agreed to do half of the paperwork because I need to get back to work.

The car will be deliver to my house tomorrow.

Got a good deal thru USAA Car Buying Service.

Will provide pics as soon as possible.
