I attempted to drive my Z (summer only tires) last year when Charlotte got a good bit of snow. We got maybe 8 inches, and like every other southern town don't really have the infrastructure to plow. I had bad difficulty driving, and finally got stock in my parking lot at work after letting it sit outside in the snow over a 14 hour shift.
Hopped into my co-workers civic, and I drove that around the rest of the day just fine.
