IIRC, most of the fob-related functions are handled by the BCM, not the ECM. The ECM and BCM have to do some handshaking, so you can't swap just one without doing some re-programming (a dealer would probably have to do it). But it's been a while since I looked at that section of the manual.

This sounds like a project that you should delay until you've done a lot more homework. Lots of good info on turbo/super spec'ing/installing/tuning/maintaining on this site. Search is your friend. I suggest using Google/DuckDuckGo/Bing/&c and adding "site:the370z.com" to your search string. Lots of good technical info in the FSM (see link in my sig).

FWIW, you can get a remote tune that should get you pretty close to optimum.

Edit: As per falconfixer, it's very difficult to retrofit Nav.
