Same thing happened to me last week with my 40th rims except it didn't look as "nice" as yours.
Mine had screw driver scratches going crossways from the rear to the front about 6 inches long. About 15 scratches per rim.
Long story short, the well respected tire place owned up to it and had them repainted for me.
I super was pissed! All good now.
