You know I was thinking that myself, the chemicals released in the gases combined from the goop and the paint might have caused the protective film to corrode or wear/haze on the inside if there is any. What paint did you use? Then again the $$$$ "pros" do it in less than a day. Either way I plan on finishing these tonight!!!
Edit: Not tonight, no way as much as I wish, I'd rather have it done right, did some trial and error...mainly error ------ paint both housings at the same time before reassembling,...why the second one came out darker than the first which I had already sealed
....
I like the darker one...
