the house has plumbing but i decided to use the space for storage.. i have car parts in that section of the basement along with music instrument storage. there's like 4-5 sets of wheels down there right now.
my wife's computer workshop is down there, her artsy craft workshop, her manga library, and my new rc workshop along with a small rc track.
it's a full basement.
