For $20,000, I would get the 370Z(used). For $4x,000, I would pick option 3 and get a Cayman or E92 M3.

Not sure why we have to continually tell people that a pad change is the only thing you need on Z's since 2013. Before that, pad and fluid. Since it's going to be brough up, spend the $600 and get the oil cooler. Sorry, your complaints are minor and mostly invalid in the price range, even at $75,000. The Boss 302 even overheats. Even fuel starvation plagues plenty of "track ready" cars.
Point is, pick a platform, the grass isn't greener on the other side of the hill. You're going to have to sink money in it to take it to a track.
