I recently had some new EBC red stuff brake pads and duralast rotors put on the ride. The pads seem to make noise when coming up to a red light at low speeds. Also, when I let off the brake from a stop it sounds like a grinding noise with squeal with no pressure applied to the brakes. I don't think the shop put on new brake hardware kits on any of the pads and when I took a look, the retaining clips look bent. Could this be the issue on all the noise or is it something else?
