yes... yes it is...
as per your OEM post... my shop was able to convince the appraiser to approve an OEM as it was essentially a brand new car (20k km, 2yrs)
and it's odd as some companies prefer the after market as it's 'cheaper' alternative... then again this seems like an issue with your appraiser making a huge f-up and they should be the one penalized not you.
