I realized that color comb is a personal preference. I was wondering if there is certain color/interior combo that are in higher demand and command a higher premium? I personally like the PW/orange combo.

I am not familiar with the 370z market, but the BMW e46 M3 Whte/Cinnamon commands a higher premium than other color combo.
