If there is anything to gain performance wise it's probably in spool and who is really going to notice 50rpms

Fair enough, fwiw I only melted my transmission harness because when I did the clutch swap I missed a clip and it ended up resting on the piping... doh.
Other than that its been perfectly fine, and this is with doing a 1 minute wot run while back
