I've been to Quebec enough times to know how they treat non-natives but seriously, how in the hell can they justify what they're doing? Completely ignoring a customer who purchased a vehicle from them? Agreement or not and I don't care where I live, I am befuddled at him not even responding to e-mails. Not sure how that flies no matter WHAT dealer he works for.
I contacted Nissan Canada and filed a complaint but don't expect them to pay me for the keyfob, it's the ignoring the situation that really has pissed me off. I really hope someone at that dealership will be accountable for something.
