Default New rear-axle ratio and 2-way LSD

So, I now have a spare diff as I have been building-up a 4.08:1 with KAAZ 2-way diff for the past couple of months and it went into the car yesterday.

Car is transformed from the Quaife ATB and 3.7:1 OEM ratio, which is now back on the shelf (it might get new bearings and seals as it has a fair bit of backlash now).

The new LSD is "a lot" more noisy ... squeaks/groans and bangs on transition to trailing throttle with even the tiniest steering input in the car and heaps more electronic intervention when turning with steady throttle, but my favourite corner on the daily commute is a 2nd-gear hairpin and the new setup is just brilliant (with VDC all the way off and about 50-60 percent throttle) ... the car rolls into slight hint of oversteer, takes a solid set and just powers thru the corner and away.

I'm off the Philip Island GP Circuit on Sun week to give it a proper spanking as the public highway is no place to extend the car properly. We'll see how it really goes then.

All I need now is a "proper" gearbox, a decent oil-pump and another 150hp. At current rate of progress, that is only going to be another 2 years !!
