under what conditions did you record the video?
eg. engine warmed up on its own idling from a cold start, immediately after thrashing it, etc?

It sounds pretty normal to me. Like Southark said, some oils make this engine operate quieter than other oils. Currently i am using Valvoline 5w30 Synpower MST and it gets very chattery after i've been giving it some stick (after fully warming up the motor). To the point where it will alarm most unsuspecting owners because it sort of sounds like a badass knocking. I've used Nulon full synthetic which is an Aussie product and this has a moly additive in it. It made the engine run very very quietly even after thrashing it a bit. Castrol Edge with titanium fluid strength technology also gave me pleasant results. to be honest, the Valvoline was chucked in as a quick experimental oil because it was on special and i thought why not? I dont have any lab test results but i personally wouldnt think twice about picking the Valvoline again.

but let's not let this thread turn into another oil debate
