How lean at WOT? If you were hovering around 13.0 you were fine. Much leaner it's more iffy. In low load, closed loop, you were probably just running high-ish fuel trims.

Don't get me wrong -- I think a tune is a good idea if you completely replace the OEM intake box because any changing of intake diameter or MAF placement can drastically alter things, but I don't know if anyone is running so lean as to knock, for example...
