Default

Customer Service Rep called from Nissan (TN) today. I went over everything with her and she said she would call and speak to the local dealer Service Manager (Gina) to go over everything. She did seem confused that the technician didn't look inside my car to "diagnose it" and that I did't leave the car there - but I came in with the diagnosis and live near the stealership so am keeping it in the garage. Customer Service Lady said I'd hopefully hear back sometime early next week.
