Awesome way to start my Friday guys, I've been reading this since I got to work and haven't done anything yet. LOL

Turbobrian - If you own a business, it doesn't matter if you're having the shittiest morning of your life. You treat every customer or potential customer like they are the only customer you will ever have. You must always try to have that person leave happy or satisfied or **** like this happens. And with the internet age, 80% of potential customers are either brought in or kept away based on what they've read on the internet. One great review will yield 5 new customers and vice versa. You have to do this nowadays even if you have to take a little loss for that "one" happy customer. And you say your shop is a "man's shop", well this is not the way a real man is suppose to handle things.
ANMVQ - You should've voiced out every concern while you were at the shop sir. The shop owner can't satisfy you if he doesn't know what your concerns are. Brian is right that not every shop know the details of every vehicle, they usually specializes in something. But you are entitled to your own opinion and however you want to voice out that opinion. And in no way you are required to retract anything you've written or said about any given business. It's just the way things are in this world.
p.s. I'm a Marketing Consultant for YELP so I think I have an idea how this business/potential customer relationship work.
TURBOBRIAN, you don't happen to have worked for GST here in the Bay Area have you?
