I bowed out of that one very quickly and will definitely be staying away from synolimit as both a buyer and seller. Opening a PayPal dispute instead of refusing the package in that condition is evidence IMO of him trying to screw over a fellow forum member.

FWIW, I purchased wheels and tires from guru less than a month ago. He was very up front about their condition, and the transaction went off without issue. I would definitely purchase from guru again.
