You should show paypal the pictures of the item sent so they know you didn't scam anybody, there are only two explanations: stolen by someone or he's the one trying to get free pads. I'm not making any accusations just giving a third party opinion on how I see it. If you are not at fault (which it looks like it) I will definitely fight it because it will affect you in future transactions and maybe your credit. GL
