notice on the receipt it says , 4lbs 7oz.
i then get a message from him stating that the pads never arrived and that this was all he recieved,

so i go and track the item because scott mentioned no record from the post office delivering and sure enough it was delivered,

those pads were accepted and weighed at the post office.I HIGHLY DOUBT any postal worker would deliver an empty box and go out of their way to get a single piece of scotch tape to tape it up... Those pads were accepted and then i got that bs picture. I'm certain those pads were never lost.....
so immediately he files with paypal for a refund. locking my account up. in my original post i listed the pads (xp10's) for $150 + shipping and all that i received from SYNOLIMIT was $155.95. he put up no money for extra insurance. flat rate shipping only comes with $50 of insurance. i get that i should have covered my ***, but as a seller that didnt take 3% for pp fees and asked the buyer to pay for shipping , should i have to come out of pocket again if the buyer is being cheap? i will never do business with this member and strongly advise for you guys to make everything clear with this guy. i thought he was a stand up guy before but not so much anymore.
This is why I always put it in writing that if someone buys something from me, they either A) Pay for insurance themselves or B) Accept responsibility if the shipment is damaged or goes missing. That way you can show paypal if he tries to dispute the charge later on.
