I'm parting my car out and so I'm selling my GTM stage 2 turbo kit, used for ~18k miles. Turbos have no shaft play and no damage to blades etc.
Driver side manifold was replaced earlier this year due to cracking, about 3k miles ago, and I had bracket made up to support the weight of the turbo to prevent future issues which you can see in the pictures below.
Revised turbo water lines included: The coolant source is relocated to coldest point in the block with a separate feed for each turbo, the coolant return routes up to the heater core line which is optimal for Thermal Siphon Effect (cold water in low, hot water out high) as
Garret recommends
The driver side hot pipe has a tab that attaches to the block, this has broken off as it apparently does on all GTM kits due to engine movement, I never did anything about it as the tab didn't really do anything at all and isn't necessary.
All exhaust components are ceramic coated by Swain Tech using their
white lightning coating. Manifolds, turbine housings, turbo outlets and berk test pipes.
Everything is included that comes with the standard "tuner" kit:
- Garret GT28RS turbos with .86 housing, internal wastegates with 7-14psi adjustable actuators
- Berk Downpipes
- Intercooler + all piping, couplers, and clamps (cold pipes are wrapped in gold reflective foil which DOES reduce heat soak)
- Turbo coolant/oil lines (revised coolant lines and original GTM lines included)
- AAM Oil pan spacer with fittings for oil return lines
- Engine, strut bar and steering rack spacers and GTM Steering Coupler
- Guide plate for drilling/tapping block
- K&N intake filters cleaned and re-oiled
- 2x Turbosmart 50mm Blow-off Valve
- Fuel pump relay (AKA fuel pump voltage stabilizer)
- All nuts/bolts/studs included with the kit for install
- Printed install instructions (PDF's available as well)
