He typically parks there and leaves the truck there for 20-30 minutes while he makes deliveries to other addresses.
If he impedes my ability to do business, he affects my income which means I have less money to order the things he delivers.
It's a vicious cycle.

UPS drivers are on a time schedule. So many minutes per stop. If you can some how slow him up for his next stop. Then he has to hurry up for the rest of the day. Do it enough times. He might get the message.
