Full auto/bust builds are cost prohibitive IMO. The 1986 FOPA banned new sales of full auto and burst fire weapons to civilians after the act was enacted. All full auto/burst weapons made before then were grandfathered. This means AR-15 full auto and bust sears are $15K+ and that’s if you can find one. Most owners are holding on to their auto sears. Oh and don’t forget the NFA paper work too.
Yes, you can own a full auto or burst fire weapon (except in states like IL
) but you’ll pay and arm and a leg to do so. I don’t know about you but, my finger can pull a trigger pretty fast.
