omg the misinformation is ripe in this thread. If you replace the factory toe bolts with lockouts you better have an adjustable toe arm on there or your alignment will be F'd and you will have no way to fix it.
To the Op it all depends on where your toe bolts are at right now as to whether or not you will be able to get away with it when you fix the camber the toe will go off so it just depends on if there is enough room on the eccentric left or not.
If you need toe bolts you will have to cut the toe slots in the subframe wider per the template that comes with the bolt. You can instal the bolts without doing this but you will not be able to use the full range of adjustment.
Any time you put on rear camber arms you are going to want to get a set of lockouts to put where the CAMBER eccentric was, then will adjust the camber with the arm and it will not move.
