I would not get a Li battery for a car not built for it. The car's charging system is a very basic one and not a complex charging system that a Li battery would require. Lead Acid batteries can take a lot of abuse while a Li battery is very fragile and sensitive to almost everything (high temps, low temps, charging rate, discharging rate, and aging).
