depends on the turbo. 26psi on one can do the same HP as a bigger one doing only 15psi.
my wrx 2.5L on the stock turbo (38lbs/min) did 22-23psi tapering down to 15psi at redline because it was so small. it made 335hp 396tq aw. that AMG is only really doing 300whp. thats a wrx at stage 2 boost (down pipe, CBE and CAI) which can last a life time at 18psi tapering down to 13-14psi.
