Just wanted to share my recent experience with IPP...
A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a set of AAM Short Tails from IPP. Kyle was very, very good at responding to my emails and questions about my order. When I had an issue with my order (not IPP's fault, but was an issue with AAM), Kyle stepped up and immediately helped to resolve the issue.
