Simply carry a valve stem cap with a valve remover integrated into it. Remove two valve stems from their wheels. The key here is more than ONE. If you just do the one and split they can swap it out for their spare. Two or more means they require more than just the car's spare tire.
So...they call AAA or whatever and then figure out they are short the two stems you've gone and garbaged. Maybe they luck out and the AAA guy has some. One way or another, he or she has been inconvenienced. If you leave one of those '***hat Parker' business cards behind some of them might even get the message. Whether they do, or don't doesn't matter really. If they really annoy you, or if you're just in that kind of mood, you can keep going after two.

This is basically a douche move. You, "sir" give Canadians a bad name and it is appalling you would post this here. Fvcking with other peoples' stuff is most uncool and that you suggested it, in detail, speaks volumes for your character.
