Well I wouldn't say they forgot entirely...but priority isn't the right word for it either.
They sent me a cable to do some datalogging, which I appreciate but I asked for this MONTHS ago...ignored me then. I have the cable now but their responses have gone back to being slow. They say they're working on the features as always but, I just want my idle problem fixed right now
