Yes, because sludge is building up inside your engine. My wife's 2011 370Z died at the side of the road after 21,000 kilometres (NOT miles, kilometres). Nissan refused to repair it because I had the audacity to have the service done at my buddy's shop. It's a leased car. They want over $12,000 for a new motor. I had it disassembled.
