I like it. Personal without being too familiar. If nothing else, it will give you time to think of something better (like a nice dinner, mentioned above).
Or just ask her. Something along the lines of: "I really appreciate what you did and would like to do something nice for you. What do you enjoy that you haven't done in a while?"
