Hey guys! I've been wanting to change the bulb color in my Z for a while, but couldn't decide on a hue. After buying wheels from a company and having them coated illusion purple (picture below), I'm trying to find a dependable set of D2S 12K's. I really wanted to buy them from JW Motoring, but they only go as high as 10K (which is understandable in regards to demand).
Now, I know some of you guys are completely against anything over 8K as it reduces visibility and has a "rice factor", but I've always loved the visual color at night. In this part of Tennesse they aren't very strict on HID color. If anyone has bought 12K and has the brand name and site they purchased from, I'd greatly appreciate it. I don't want a cheap brand. I'm hoping you guys can suggest a reputable company. If I do in fact get 12K and it reduces visibility to an unsafe level, I'll just get 8K from JW when they are available again. I have to at least try 12K for my own amusement.
