Default

I'd change the oil before the tune. To be honest, I changed mine before and after, but my tuner spent most of a weekend dialing mine in. You should be ok changing before and going back to your normal interval provided you're using a good quality oil.

Plugs would be dependent on mileage. If you don't have maintenance records from the previous owner having changed them at any point, throw a new set in.

I'd also make sure I had clean air filters going in as well, but I'm OCD about things like that.
