Default Help! FRONT click noise

Hey guys. I've got a 2010 370z 40th 6MT. Recently (5000 miles) I've been experiencing a loud "Tick". Similar to what your house thermostat sounds like. I've been searching (here and google), and there's a lot of info about the rear end clicking due to axles, but this is definitely from the front passenger side area. I saw a few posts about similar issues but no solutions.

I can replicate the noise easily, it happens the second you touch the gas pedal & as soon as you let off. It only happens once each time.

The car has 40k on it & just had the engine & trans changed out 5k ago under warranty by Nissan due to oil consumption & I believe they damaged the trans during removal/installation so they replaced that too, along with an OEM clutch. I'm wondering if this could be from them doing the work, but either way this noise has got to be addressed. Only thing that needs replacing are my rotors which are warped at the moment, but It sounds like it has nothing to do with the brakes anyways. I'm going to check the bolts on the passenger side suspension this week hopefully & make sure everything's snug.

I can post a video if need-be. Thanks for the help guys.
