When I was setting my stance pro comps up they said to start with the 0 setting, in the middle of all the way soft and full stiff. Do this for both compression then rebound. Now I tuned mine for auto cross so doing this on the street is going to be hard since I was being timed and also I could drive like an a$$hole and not go to jail. But compression controls how the car leans and weight transfer. The rebound controls the RATE of which the weight is transferred. So if you oversteer too much then soften the rear compression and vise versa for under steer. This takes awhile to get it right and it is different for each vehicle, also it is never going to be perfect. Just adjust two clicks at a time and write it down so you remember where you started.

This is a good place to start. Suspension adjustments
