So here i am with a broken nissan which i am still paying on.
Need options on what to do
Have nissan fix? around 10k i believe
have 3rd party shop fix? not sure price
buy used motor and make it a winter project (will require help from friends or anyone)
i really am speechless as i just got off the phone.
No idea how i am going to pay for any of this but need to figure something out.
Thanks in advance sorry for rant

I have been there to man and it really sucks to go through something like this so I am very sorry for the terrible news. I also debated on having a shop rebuild my blown motor but in the end I found it much easier and faster to have the dealer drop a used motor in which cost me around $5700 labor and tax in. The engine the dealer found me only had 15K miles but I installed my Stillen SC and has been solid ever since.
I now have an extra engine I may build off of once my funds are back up but I found this to be the best route after my 2013 G37 coupe engine gave out after only 15K miles. My situation was different because I had Forced Induction and a very bad tune that cause detonation within a week but I have already been down that road and don't ever want to go through that again. GL to you man!
BTW! Have you tried to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs? Worth a shot.
