Sat in one, as far as the test drive goes, the general fleet manager told me that the ONLY person that got to drive the car was the managers there when they first got it, and they only had about 2 blocks to test drive it. And also they told me they have to run a credit check and you have to potentially have atleast 25% of the car pay in a form of a cashier's check or cash *which is about 20 to 30K* to show them that you're interested before they let you test drive one. So with that being said, you have to have a good credit score and a lot of liquid cash to show before they let you take it off the lot to test it.
