Hi. Sorry to hear you're having AC issues. Honestly since you said you installed an oil cooler and trans cooler it can be safe to say that your condenser is not getting enough air flow which cools the temperature of the refrigerant coming from the AC compressor. Your refrigerant is getting too hot and your ECU shuts down the compressor until temperatures regulator to avoid excessive pressure build up.

Several things to try and help:

Try moving the coolers around and/or installing a higher flowing fan to help pull air through.
Also remove any debris in front of the condenser.
Also make sure your lower engine cover is still installed (this helps create a negative pressure zone behind your radiator to aid in air flow.)
