Here's what they're saying to me: (If this is illegal to quote or against rules etc. I'll take it off):
Look any car dealer is going to have customer that are happy and customers that are unhappy, and this is a matter that the owner of the dealership is dealing with, im here to help you purchase a car and give you the best price possible, my customer satisfaction is 99% and we have the banner hanging up in the dealer to show we are number 2 in the country from Nissan Corp. I would like to sell you a car and i can GARRANTY you wont have any problems with me or our dealership for that matter.

I'm unsure Dustin, all I can Google up are customer reviews since 2008 talking about the same thing over and over and no where do I find "number 2 in USA".
