oddly enough, space heaters, i found, dries the air too much in the garage in the winter. that can lead to dry rotting the tires, seals on the car. im talking space heaters, not commercial heaters for garages..those are fine.


i look at my hygrometer 20% at say 35F. as soon as it reaches 32F, RH is zero. then you start running the heaters, you're back at 35F but RH is now like 1-2%
