Unfortunately, this sounds about right after prep work and labor.
Your best bet is to have that one particular panel repainted/blended and cross your fingers that it matches the rest of the car. And if it doesn't, then you huff and puff for a week or two then move on with life.
Unless you are made of money, you will IMMEDIATELY regret repainting the whole car. The first piece of dust to fall on it will make you irate. Not to mention that because there are other drivers out there, it WILL get scratched again at some point.
