I agree with everyone that this man is full of BS! It's easy during winter go to his house and notice that he has aftermarket winter tires on his car. Keep in mind this is coming from the state where you can't fuel up your own car, so I'm not exactly surprised...

EDIT: LOL why isn't there a direct email to the douche bag's inbox?!?! All in all, I think that this would really impend on people freedom to choose what they think is better for them. OEM tires aren't necessary "safer" than some of the aftermarket tires. So, from a knowledgeable and I'm not speaking about myself, but his greener motion would see increased accidents during the winter season and or during rain because citizens of Oregon are prohibited from buying tires that are better fitted for those seasons. This guy is a waste of space and I'm glad I don't live in Oregon, thank god...
