Or you could just drive a different car. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what tire you put on the Z, it sucks in snow. I tried driving mine last year in the snow and it was an epic fail. If you have another car, just let the Z sit on snow days and if it doesn't and there's nothing on the ground hindering you from sliding all over the place, by all means drive it.
