If you have a dual action polisher, I would try Meguiars M205 with a black finishing pad. If that doesn't work, try the M205 with a white polishing pad. The M205 has a low "cut", ideal for light defects like swirl marks. The black pad has no cut, while the white pad has low cut, making them a good option for removing light defects like swirl marks.

If you don't have a dual action polisher, I suggest the Porter Cable 7424XP.
