You can have them checked to ensure they aren't warped -- why do you think they might be?

Assuming they are straight, mount, balance, and enjoy.

EDIT: oh, the lug hole? If the other ones are fine it should be fine. I've driven around with one stud missing and it wasn't a big deal. Not recommended for a track car, but for a DD, I don't think it will be an issue.

Or just powder coat yours -- that should be less money that a new set of wheels.
